SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 and over Australia Wide.
Free shipping applies only to the initial delivery of your purchase over $100.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind. We do not accept returns on earrings for sanitary reasons.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if faulty or exchange in accordance with our returns procedure.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
